新式辦公室交流空間設計－聚集與表述的空間

隨著資訊科技的進步與知識經濟時代的到來，人們的工作方式與辦公室的型態正逐漸產生變化。而工作時間的拉長與工作內容高度專業化，更導致員工面臨極大的挑戰及壓力。因此工作環境中相當需要一個有如磁鐵般的公共空間，提供給員工們休息與討論。本研究之目的為應用系統設計模式（SDM），透過界定、分析、轉換、發展與評估等步驟，進行層屬架構的探討。經示範應用實際規劃與設計一新型態的辦公交流空間，期望藉此空間保護員工身心健康與增加彼此間的溝通，進而提高企業競爭力。

With the advancement in information technology and the coming of knowledge economy age, the way people work and the type of workplace are getting changed. Employees will face a great challenge and pressure because of the lengthening of the working time and highly specialized jobs. Working environment quite need a public space like a magnet, which can provide the function of resting and discussing for employees. The purpose of this study is to apply the systematic design method (SDM) via the step of definition, analysis, conversion, development, and evaluation, in order to discuss the hierarchical structure. Through the exemplary application ”new type of communication workplace design”, the author plan and design it practically. We expect to utilize this space for protecting employee health and increasing communication between each other, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
