Discussion on the Legal Issues of paper publication Circulation Affairs

Book Materials have their definite format. Digital Materials are also the same. The author of the article use case study approach to analytical general publishing circulation event. Beside, he extra investigates the legal problem which contemporary librarianship through the example of virtual publishing circulation procedure.
