經過2020年「臺灣大選」及「全民防疫」的洗禮後,相信臺灣人民已經快速通過「國家認同」階段,未來應該努力朝向「文化認同」去發展。公視一直扮演著文化傳播的重要角色,當臺灣漢族與原住民族的文化認同發展已見成果後,臺灣新住民所帶來的東南亞國家文化正逐漸深入常民生活中,我們應該重視新住民文化認同發展的問題,它決定了新住民是否認同臺灣、其他族群是否認同新住民。本研究目的在探討公視對臺灣新住民文化認同發展的影響,分析發現公視以多元的方式呈現新住民文化內涵,對於臺灣新住民文化認同發展具有長遠且實質的幫助。研究者希望我們應該解除自身文化的束縛去了解新住民不同的價值觀與生活型態,共同達到臺灣「文化認同」的目標。
After the baptism of the 2020 "Taiwan General Election" and "National Epidemic Prevention", it is believed that the people of Taiwan have quickly passed the "national identity" stage and should strive to develop towards "cultural identity" in the future. Public Television Service (PTS) has always played an important role in the dissemination of culture. After the development of cultural identity with Taiwan's Han and indigenous peoples has achieved results, the culture of Southeast Asian countries brought by Taiwan's new residents has gradually penetrated into the lives of the common folk. We should pay attention to the development of the cultural identity of new residents as it determines whether new residents identify with Taiwan and whether other ethnic groups identify with new residents. The purpose of this research is to study The Influence of Public Television Service on the Cultural Identity Development of Taiwan's New Residents. This research found that PTS presents the cultural connotation of the new residents in a diversified manner, which has long-term and substantial help for the development of the cultural identity of the new residents in Taiwan. The researcher hopes that we should unshackle the bondage of our own culture and seek to understand the different values and lifestyles of the new residents, and jointly achieve the goal of "cultural identity" in Taiwan.
