國立臺灣藝術大學文化創意產學園區與社區合作之個案探討

A Case Study of the Strategy of Cooperation between the Cultural and Creative Industry Park of National Taiwan University of Arts and Community

摘要


隨著全球性創意經濟時代的來臨,文化創意產業已為當今世界主要國家的政策發展重點。藝術大學暨其所屬的文創園區,是培育文創專業人才、及提升社會大眾美感與創意素養之重要基地,也是產業人力與消費人口的培育場所。國立臺灣藝術大學設立的系所幾乎含括所有的文化創意產業,並於1997首創設立隸屬於學校的文化創意園區,至今仍為臺灣唯一的案例,因此,以之為研究個案,探討其與社區互動之策略內涵,具有指標性與獨特性之意義。檢視該園區目前相關研究少,且傾向經營理念論述;本研究著重具體策略之探討,並著重在其與社區互動層面,具有獨創性與實務之參考價值;又本文作者具該園區之服務實務經驗,對於本研究之資料來源及研究內涵,更為切實深入。本研究旨在就個案探討國立臺灣藝術大學文化創意產學園區與社區合作之策略內涵,主要透過文獻分析方法,輔以長期之實務參與觀察探討之。文中提出園區與社區合作的背景、相關文獻及合作策略,包括空間運用、文創人才培育、產業育成、生活美學推展與社區營造四大策略主軸及十五項具體策略,並提出三項省思。

Developing cultural and creative industries and nurturing creative talents has been all the rage recently, while at the same time being the focus of our national policy with the approaching of a global creative economy age. However, the University of Arts is not only the cradle of training cultural and creative industries professionals, but also an excellent foster to popularizing industry with the consumer. Of the four leading universities the National Taiwan University of Arts has the longest history, the largest enrollment and staff as well as the most complete arts related department. Besides, it is the first university to establish a cultural and creative park. Therefore, exploring the interaction between its business managing strategy and the community is unique and meaningful. However, there is not much literary research focused on this topic. The researcher is rich in experience of practical serving in the park, hence, the researcher has an in-depth understanding of its continuing educational practices. The purpose of this article is to explore the strategy of cooperation between the Cultural and Creative Industry Park of the National Taiwan University of Arts and Community by case study and literature review. Presented in this context is an analysis of the background of cooperation between the park and the community, its economy, culture, education and school as well as its four main paths and 15 strategies, including space usage, cultural and creative personnel training, industry breeding, life aesthetics promotion and community development.
