國立金門技術學院新生健康體適能之研究

A Study on Health Related Fitness for the Freshmen in the National Kinmen Institute of Technology

摘要


本研究之目的在於探討大專新生健康體適能於不同學群及性別間之差異情形,研究方法以334名18.51±0.99歲之大專新生為研究對象,依學群區分為管理學群、工學群及人文學群,期初實施健康體適能檢測。並以單因子變異數、t-test及薛費法事後比較等分析,顯著水準設為α=.05。研究結果顯示(一)與台閩地區健康體適能常模比較男生與女生間之差異,僅在肌力適能於稍差及不好間男生顯著多於女生。(二)不同學群與性別間健康體適能之比較,僅在柔軟度適能男生組及全體組皆於人文學群顯著優於管理學群。其餘BMI 值、心肺適能及肌力適能,皆未達顯著差異。受試者在BMI、柔軟度適能、肌力適能皆位於稍差及不好間。如能依不同學群之特性,研擬適宜運動強度、運動持續時間及運動頻率,必能產生增進效果。

The purpose of this study was to health related fitness new students of discuss whether different gender and groups. The results were expected to be referenced for the 334 college students with average age of 18.51 ± 0.99, coming from management group, engineering group and humanities group as subjects. Participants have been tested their physical fitness from the ”beginning stage” at the time school. Collected data were assessed by One-way ANOVA, t-test and Tukey method, α = .05. The following results: 1. The mold compare between the male student and the female student with the Taiwan area to health related fitness robust the difference, the was significant improvement of in muscular endurance for to make mistake and not good between male student is more than the female student. 2. The different group and the gender health related fitness robust the difference, the was significant improvement of in flexibility for suitable the male student group and all group to humanities group more than the management groups. In conclusion, this new student in BMI, flexibility, and muscular endurance to make mistake and not good between. We should still consider the exercise intensity, continuous exercise hour and frequency. Then the effect will be raised when we properly design and make a plan.
