摘要

隨著科技的進步與文明發展，探索生死之趨勢與浪潮，在國內外早已如火如荼的展開，而與之息息相關的生命禮儀產業亦隨之興起。我國殯葬業發展，因受文化沿襲與現代社會觀念衝擊，不僅政府部門積極進行相關法令修訂，同時殯葬改革推展與禮俗導正亦日漸受到重視。本文透過企業化經營之殯葬服務產業探討，從中了解其發展、服務品質提升以及培訓專業人員等各層面之表現，並彙整出目前生命禮儀服務業正以生命關懷為核心價值，朝向系統性、組織性與策略性之服務產業發展。
