摘要

本研究探討電腦斷層掃描影像中鈣化區域的位置判定問題，並且將顯著性區域檢測方法應用於該問題，本研究建立了面積法偵測鈣化區域位置，並實現所提出之演算法。最後，對應用面積法所得的偵測結果進行分析。在創新性上，本研究提出顯著性檢測方法來對目標區域中所需處理的物件進行切割，從而實現將此方法應用與心腦血管醫療影像中鈣化區域的偵測，輔助醫生做出準確的醫療診斷，加強對此類疾病的預防和處理。

This study discusses how the salient region method is applied to judge the position of the calcifications on Computed Tomography images. The square method was proposed to detect the position of the calcifications and fulfill in this study. Finally, the experimental results were analyzed on the effectiveness. On novelty, this study proposes one of the salient region detection methods to perform segmentation for the target objects, thereby fulfilling the applications on judgement of calcifications on the computed tomographic angiography images. This method also assists the medical doctors to make correct medical diagnosis and enhances the preventions on the related diseases.
