我國數位平台設計與發展之研究

A Research about the Design and Development of Digital Platform in Taiwan

摘要


隨著網際網路的發達以及使用人口與日俱增,使得不受時間與地域限制,並具有雙向互動特性的數位化教學方式,如雨後春筍般的展開;而多媒體技術的進步,促使數位化教學環境更趨完備,更造成數位化學習成為另一種新型態的學習模式。本研究透過內容分析法、研究者留美選課經驗、國內(台灣)數位學習平台選課心得,探討數位化學習在台灣高等教育的設計及發展。因此,在本文中,首先,簡述我國數位化學習之源起及歷程;其次,析述國內數位化學習在高等教育的發展現況;再次,探討我國數位化學習的問題;最後,根據台灣數位化教學之問題提出建議,希望有助於提升台灣數位學習的發展。

With the progress of internet, the web has changed the ways in which many people access and apply information. Information is available at any time from any place to any internet user on the digital learning platform. The hands-on, student-centered and active learning model creates interaction opportunities for users and the advanced multimedia skills are making the digital learning environment much better than before. The digital learning environment provides new approaches for learning and is more and more popular all over the world. The research conducted the content analysis and researcher's learning experience taking on line courses in American and Taiwan to explore the design and development of e-learning of higher education in Taiwan. The purposes of this study were as follows: (1)understanding the arise and processes of e-learning in Taiwan; (2)investigating the design and development about the e-learning in the higher education in Taiwan: (3)exploring the e-learning problem in Taiwan; and (4)providing suggestions to enhance the e-learning in Taiwan.
