資深校長與新手校長認知核心能力之差異與轉化之研究-以臺南市校長為例

A research on cognitive core competencies differentness and transformation between novice and senior principals-An Example of principals in Tainan City

摘要


一位新手校長從職前的培訓課程到在職的進修甚至是隨著各種主客觀環境產生變異時都需要不同的進修課程或支持力量來給予支持,而使學校校長必須面對學習成長的事情更多。新手校長所認知的核心能力包含有:專業管理能力、溝通協調能力、課程管理能力、危機處理能力。而在資深校長部分所認知的核心能力包含有:教學與課程專業領導能力、溝通協調能力、個人內心的能量、爭取資源的能力、問題解決與危機處理能力。新手校長和資深校長認知的核心能力差異有教學與課程管理、溝通協調能力、問題解決與危機處理、個人內心的能量、爭取資源方面。資深校長協助新手校長轉化提升能力方式有:(1)藉由經驗分享、(2)工作坊或座談、(3)協助問題解決等方式來提升新手校長能力。

One novice principal with orientation training or in-service training always need different advanced courses or support when facing different environment. Thus, principal need to learn and get improvement more. The core competencies recognized by novice principals include professional management ability, communication and coordination skills, curriculum management ability,and crisis management skills. As for senior principals, teaching and curriculum professional leadership, communication and coordination skills, the individual inner power, the ability to fight for resources, and problem solving and crisis management are included. The core competency difference recognized by novice and senior principals include management of teaching and curriculum, communication and coordination skills, problem solving and crisis management skills, the individual inner power and resources getting. The ways of senior principal helping beginning principal to enhance his/her ability are by experience sharing, workshops or problem solving.
