我國校長服務領導研究結果綜合性分析

A Synthetic Analysis of Principal Servant Leadership in Taiwan, ROC

摘要


校長服務領導係當代新興領導理論之一。校長服務領導的研究在國內近十餘年來已累積不少研究成果,為利國內教育研究的發展,有必要釐清國內現有研究成果,並建議未來的發展方向,以做為進一步研究的參考。本研究搜錄了79篇國內有關校長服務領導的實徵研究,並從研究對象與研究方法、以及校長服務領導實施狀況、實施成效、實施困境與影響因素等五個面向,加以探討分析既有研究發現,然後提出:建構本土化的概念架構、擴大研究範圍與對象、運用多元的研究方法、擴展研究主題、加強中介變項與調節變項的研究等五個發展方向。

Principal servant leadership is one of the contemporarily developing leadership theories. There have been a lot of such research results in Taiwan in recent years. In order to facilitate the research development of principal servant leadership, this paper has analyzed 79 empirical researches and thus suggests the developing directions of the researches of principal servant leadership in Taiwan, ROC. This paper analyzes the empirical studies from five dimensions, namely research subjects and methods, implementation conditions, effects, difficulties, and contributing factors of principal servant leadership. Based on the analysis findings, this paper suggests five developing directions of principal servant leadership research: (1) Constructing a localized concept framework, (2) broadening the research scope and subjects, (3) adopting multiple research methods, (4) varying research topics, (5) enhancing the research of intermediary variables and moderating variables.
