理解式球類教學法應用於運動教育模式-以五人制足球教學為例

摘要


九年一貫課程主要強調學生帶得走的能力,因此體育課程教學,最終培養學生可以瞭解運動好處、認識運動與體驗運動樂趣而成為愛好運動的參與者。因此多元化的課程設計,吸引學生的注意並提升其參與動機,使學生樂於學習情境中。本文適逢世界盃的熱潮尚未退燒,針對全世界最多人觀賞的足球運動,設計規則或場地設備均適合小學階段實施的五人制足球教學課程,在運動教育模式的運動季課程中以理解式球類教學法的概念實施比賽與教學,讓學生體驗比賽,從比賽中建立團隊概念與提供互助合作機會。在運動教育模式課程中,學生擔任各種角色,體驗完整的比賽經驗,學習運動家精神;理解式球類教學法設計於運動教育模式的基本介紹與動作練習與分組練習季前賽階段,讓學生不只是參與比賽,更能從比賽中藉由小組討論,進而思考戰術的運用,培養瞬息萬變的比賽場上自我作決定的能力。兼具戰術理解與團隊合作的12節五人制足球教學課程中,提供學生戰術思考的機會,也透過運動教育模式激發學生在團體合作的球類運動中凝聚向心力,讓學生在課程中了解完整的五人制足球之運動歷程,並建立其終身主動參與及愛好足球運動的生活基礎。

The Grade 1-9 Curriculum mainly emphasizes students' ability which can not be deprived. Hence, the physical education (PE) curriculum trains students to understand the value of sport, to know about sport, to experience the fun of sport, and to become a fan and a participator of sport finally. And the diversified curriculum project can attract students, strengthen the motive of participation, and make students glad of situation learning. At this time that the great mass fervor of FIFA World Cup does not disappear yet, according to soccer, which is watched by the most people around the world, the rules, ground, and equipment of Futsal course is devised to apply in elementary education. In the season course of Sports Education Model, the idea of Teaching Game for Understanding (TGfU) is used to apply in games and instruction and to enable students to experience the games, to build team conception, and provide the chance to do division of labor. In the Sports Education Model course, students play parts, experience games completely, and learn sportsmanship; TGFU is devised to apply in the basic introduction, movement practice and grouping practice in the pre-season stage. Students not only participate in games, but think over tactical applications by group discussion and develop decision-making ability in games that vary from minute to minute. The 12 lessons scheme of Futsal course has both tactical comprehension and teamwork, provides students with tactical deliberation chances, arouses students' centripetal force in teamwork ball games by Sports Education Model, makes students understand the movement course of Futsal in class completely, and build a life foundation of interest and initiative participation in soccer for life.
