高溫環境下體育教學之安全及因應之道

High-temperature Environment of Safety and Physical Education in the Light of the Road

摘要


高溫的環境對於戶外的體育教學課程是一大考驗,對體育教師及學生的身體負荷更是充滿威脅。學生在運動時身體對熱的適應能力方面與運動時無法知覺所面臨的危險因子,使得體育教師在戶外課程實施時面臨極大的考驗。本文綜合各方之研究理論與研究結果,針對三大部分談熱環境與運動時的生理反應、熱環境造成的傷害種類及安全因應之道,內容包含身體調節機制、體液的流失、熱環境下運動與熱病的發生、適當的休息、水分的補充、鹽分的補充、課程內容的調整、服裝的要求、陽光傷害之保護及熱病的處理。體育教師及愛好戶外運動的學生們,可藉由對高溫環境下運動的危險性及高溫環境下身體機能的調適機制知識的瞭解,留意課程的安全規畫及自我的安全保護與保健,讓體育課程在高溫的環境下,仍然可以讓學生獲得體育活動的樂趣。
