休閒參與度與休閒滿意度之相關研究－美和技術學院休閒運動保健系為例

摘要

本研究之主要目的在於瞭解休閒參與、休閒滿意度之關係，並探究大學生性別、參與的休閒活動及父母親對休閒活動的態度情形，及探討休閒滿意度程度高低之休閒活動參與程度。本研究正式問卷調查施測日期為2007年11月26日至12月10日，共抽取樣本235人進行問卷調查，回收235份問卷，回收率100％，經整理後得有效問卷212份，有效問卷率為90.2％。根據實際調查所得資料，以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法等統計方法進行處理，經統計分析討論後所得結果歸納如下：從結果中發現，大學生最常參與之休閒活動型態均偏向靜態休閒活動，而大學生在休閒參與中如果獲得成就感，當然也能從休閒體驗時感到愉悅、滿意而休閒滿意度與休閒參與行為之間有正相關存在，而研究的結果大學生整體休閒滿意度於低中高的程度，其中以「放鬆層面」之休閒滿意度分數最高；「美感層面」之休閒滿意度之分數最低，所以實證休閒滿意度之「放鬆層面」與休閒參與行為之關係最為密切。
