台灣原住民參與中華職業棒球運動情形之研究

自西元一九二一年由十二位阿美族青少年，組成台灣第一支棒球隊－高砂棒球隊，點燃了全台棒球的火苗起，原住民就與台灣的棒球運動發展結下了深厚的關係。之後的嘉農棒球隊、紅葉少棒隊、金龍少棒、花蓮榮工少棒隊、奧運獲得獎牌…等，到一九九0年代國內職棒成立，加上效力日本職棒中日隊郭源治、陳義信等人載譽歸國，呈現出台灣棒球運動巔峰的一面。一路走來，不論是國內外各項比賽，原住民的棒球天賦以及對棒球的努力和貢獻，早已獲得國人各界的肯定。現今台灣的職棒各球團，原住民球員數量較往年上升許多，在各隊也都是主力球員，可見原住民球員在職棒運動領域已佔有一片天地。因此本研究目的在介紹各球團原住民所占人數及其先發球員人數比例，進而探討台灣原住民族在職業棒球運動發展過程中參與的情形。本研究採文獻分析法，針對相關文獻資料，加以整理、歸納、分析後得到幾點結語：一、中華職業棒球聯盟中原住民球員人數逐漸增加。二、中華職業棒球聯盟中原住民球員的實力確實高人一等。三、中華職業棒球聯盟中原住民球員以阿美族居多。

Since A.D. 1921 by 12 Ami teenagers who made up the first Taiwan baseball team - Kua Sa, which lighted the whole Taiwan baseball flame. After this first team, the aboriginal people have the deep relation with the baseball development in Taiwan, Kano, Hong Ye, Gold Dragon, Huan-Lian Long-Koag teenager baseball teams and Olympic Games won the prize. Moreover, we had our own professional baseball team in 1990s. Due to the fact that the Taiwanese members, Kua Yuan-Zi, Chen Yi-Sin...etc, joined the Japanese professional baseball team to win many prizes. Taiwanese baseball sport won its place in Taiwan. Weagreed the aboriginal's talent, efforts and contribution to the baseball. Nowadays, more aboriginal people who are the main part in Taiwan baseball teams. The main purpose to introduce the percentage of the aboriginal people in a baseball team and starting player. Furthermore, exploring the development of aboriginal people joined in professionnal baseball team. This research adopts the analytic approach of documents. First, more Taiwanese aboriginal people join in Chinese professional baseball alliance. Second, the aboriginal people in Chinese professional baseball alliance have. Third, the main aboriginal people in Chinese professional baseball alliance are Ami.
