以登階測驗估計高中籃球選手之運動強度

The Estimation of Exercise Intensity using Stair-Step Test and ECG on High-School Basketball Players

摘要


如何正確估算運動的強度是學校體育老師與教練的重要課題。因為每個人的體能只有正確估算每一運動員負荷承受度的差異性,才能給予學生與選手最適當的運動量。本研究中受試者為台南市光華女中女子籃球校隊選手共十三人,實驗流程包含體適能三分鐘登階測驗,評估受測者在固定運動負荷下的瞬時運動強度;再接著六分鐘之靜態量測,評估受測者的心率恢復情形,整個過程心電圖訊號為連續收集九分鐘無間斷。利用電腦快速演算法輔助,我們可以很快速地將受測者的連續心電圖訊號計算出來,並進而推算受測者在每一時間點的瞬時運動強度。

Being able to accurately estimate the intensity of one test on every athlete is a critical task for physical education teachers and coaches in school settings. This is because the tolerant level of every person is different and only important to that person when he/she is under training condition. Thirteen subjects were recruited in this study. The subjects are all basketball players of Kuang Hua Girls Senior School. The experimental procedure includes both exercise measurement and static measurement of electrocardiography (ECG). Firstly, the subject was tested on stair-step test for physical fitness. This evaluates the exercise intensity under steady exercise load. Then a six-minute of static ECG record was also immediately performed on subjects. It evaluates the recovery condition of heart rate. The nine-minute ECG data was recorded without interruption during the experimental stages. The computer program with specific algorithm can calculate the continuous ECG data rapidly. The exercise intensity of subject can also be calculated.
