白金/石墨烯奈米複合薄膜在染料敏化太陽能電池應用之探討

Preparation of Platinum/Graphene Counter Electrodes for Dye-sensitized Solar Cells

摘要


本研究將白金鹽類與石墨烯氧化物(Graphene oxide, GO)共還原,藉由化學還原法將白金(Pt)還原於石墨烯(Reduced graphene oxide, RGO)表面上,形成白金/石墨烯(Pt/RGO)奈米複合薄膜,作為染料敏化太陽能電池對電極材料。利用穿透式電子顯微鏡(Transmission electron microscope)觀察Pt/RGO複合薄膜微觀的表面形貌、白金的分散情形及白金粒子顆粒大小,並使用X光能量散譜儀(X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer)作元素分析,證明白金粒子確實還原於石墨烯載體上,再將Pt/RGO複合薄膜作為對電極組裝成染料敏化太陽能電池元件,量測其光電轉換效率。

In this study, platinum nanoparticles were deposited on graphene by chemical reduction method. The Pt/RGO nanocomposite was used as counter electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The prepared Pt/RGO nanocomposite were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). TEM images demonstrated the dispersion of Pt nanoparticles on graphene. EDS results confirmed the formation of nanoparticle on graphene. The power conversion efficiency for Pt/RGO-0.25 is better than those of Pt/RGO and Pt/RGO-5.
