體育教師教學評量量表編製之研究

Development of Instruction Scale of Physical Education Instructor (ISPEI)

摘要


本研究之目的在編製體育教師教學評量量表。研究之初,先以開放性問卷訪問212位學生(男32位、女180位),平均年齡為20.69歲(標準差為0.57),了解他們在考量對體育教師授課滿意度的因素,將對學生所得之因素先作內容分析,並加以整理歸類,並參閱相關之體育教師教學評量研究文獻,再著手編製「體育體師教學評量量表」的初步題目。在先以初步題目的預試問卷對1061位學生施測後,經探索性因素分析與各分量表項目分析後加以定題(四個因素分別命名為老師能力與敬業精神、師生的互動、體育教學效果、體育測驗方面,計有二十九題),成為正式問卷。以正式問卷對236位學生施測,再進行信度與效度的考驗,以建構本量表的信效度,本量表各因素的內部一致性係數Cronbach為.924~.959,而本量表可解釋的變異量達75.03%,顯示本量表具有良好的建構效度。

The purpose of this study was to develop instruction scale of physical education Instructor (ISPEI) and examine its' validity and reliability. Open ended questions interviewed 212 students (males 32, females 180) with mean age of 20.69(SD±.57) to explore the influenced their factors satisfaction in instruction. Content analysis identified 46 themes relating to participants’ satisfaction in instruction. Further, according to themes from interview and related references and developed 29 items for the first version of ISPEI and administered to 236 college students. Exploratory factor analysis revealed 4 factors named teacher’s professional ability, interaction between instructor and students, sport skill development, and grading influence participant's satisfaction in instruction. Also, the scale was conducted and reliability together with validity were tested. 75.03% variance was explained. As for it's reliability, Cronbach α coefficients of all four factors ranged .924-.959. In sum, the ISPEI was found to be valid and reliable in measuring college students' satisfaction in their physical education instruction.
