中等學校拔河運動選手知覺教練領導行為之研究

A Study of Perceived Leadership Behaviors of High-School Tug-of-War Coach

摘要


本研究旨在探討中等學校八人制拔河運動選手知覺其教練領導行為之差異。以參加九十年第二屆全國體委杯拔河運動錦標賽國中、高中的男女選手共406名為研究對象,並以中文版之「運動領導量表」為研究工其進行調查,資料蒐集後,以獨立樣本t考驗,單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)及薛費氏法(Scheffe's method)等統計方法處理,結果發現:一、中等學校拔河選手知覺其教練領導行為,「性別」變項在訓練與指導、民主、專制、關懷行為等層面有顯著差異。二、中等學校拔河選手知覺其教練領導行為,「不同等級學校」變項在訓練與指導、獎勵行為等層面有顯著差異。三、中等學校拔河選手知覺其教練領導行為,「不同訓練次數」、「每次不同訓練時間」變項在訓練與指導、獎勵行為、關懷行為等層面有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of coaches' leadership behavior perceives by tug-of-war athletes of high school in Taiwan. The subject were 406 tug-of-war athletes drown from the 2nd Taiwan Tug-of-War Championship at Chaii in 2001. ”The Leadership Scale for Sports (Chinese Version)” was administered as research instrument. Data obtained was analyzed by the pair t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study finds three results. Results are as follows: 1. Significant difference was perceived in coaches' training and instruction, democratic, autocratic and social support behavior by different sex tug-of-war athletes. 2. Significant difference was perceived in coaches' training and instruction, positive feedback behavior by different levels school of tug-of-war athletes. 3. Significant difference was perceived in coaches' training and instruction, social support and positive feedback behavior by different training day per week and different duration in each training section of tug-of-war athletes.
