拔河運動學生選手知覺賽會服務品質量表之編製研究

The Development of a Perceived Event Service Quality Scale for a Student Athlete Tug-of-War Competition

摘要


學生運動賽會在臺灣體育運動推廣上扮演舉足輕重的地位,其功能除了為我國培養優秀體育運動人才外,更有助於增進臺灣舉辦運動賽會的基本實力。本研究旨在藉由全國各級學校拔河比賽之舉辦,編製一適用於學生運動賽會之服務品質量表,以作為實務界與學界瞭解學生運動賽會品質之用。研究對象為參加教育部民國98、99年度全國各級學校拔河比賽國中以上學生選手,共953人。學生選手知覺賽會服務品質量表內容經文獻探討與專家建議後,初步擬定45個題項。資料先經探索性因素分析判別有效題項與因子,再以驗證性因素分析驗證量表測量模型,最後進行量表複核效化檢驗以考驗模型穩定性,同時以內部一致性與平均變易抽取量分析量表信度。研究結果發現學生選手知覺賽會服務品質可由38個題項共7個因子測量,驗證性因素分析結果顯示測量模型與資料契合度良好,複核效化分析發現量表具有穩定性,量表信度也良好。總結,本研究發展之學生選手知覺賽會服務品質量表具有良好之信、效度與穩定性,為一個符合實證的測量工具,可供後續相關研究使用。

Student sports events play crucial roles in promoting sports and physical education in Taiwan. These events not only develop elite athletes, but also improve knowledge of sport event implementation in Taiwan. This study develops a service quality scale for student sports events by collecting data from the National Tug-of-War Competition for All School Levels. Research participants were 953 student athletes who participated in the National Tug-of-War Competition for All School Levels in 2009 and 2010. A 45-item perceived event service quality scale for student athletes was developed basing on a literature review and expert recommendations. Exploratory factor analysis was utilized to identify valid items and possible factors. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to examine the fit of the scale model. Cross validation analysis was used to test the stability of the scale model. Internal consistency reliability and average variance extracted were analyzed to ensure scale reliability. Results show that the perceived event service quality scale for student athletes is composed of 38 items and seven factors. Confirmatory factor analysis indicates that the scale model fits with the data and cross validation analysis shows that scale stability is sufficient. Results also show that the scale is reliable. The perceived event service quality scale for student athletes fits the empirical study and is reliable, valid, and stable. Future studies may confidently use it as a measurement tool.
