The puporse of this study was to understand the relationships between environmental attitudes and recreational experiences of the ecotourists. The Environmental Attitudes Scale and The Recreational Experiences Scale were administered to subjects in order to examine the differences in environmental attitudes and recreational experiences of the ecotourists. The relationships between environmental attitudes and recreational experiences were also examined. Subjects were 309 ecotourist in Green Island. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation, and canonical correlation. The major findings were as follows: 1. Most of the ecotourists in Green Island are univereity students who live in city. 2. Generally speaking, ecotourists have positive environmental attitudes. Their cognition, affection, conation are coordinated each other. Only the relation of cognition and conation is weaker. By their own affections can best predict their environmental attitude. 3. There were significant differences in the environmental attitudes in terms of age and educational degree. 4. Finally, a canonical correlation analysis of the relationship between attitudes and recreational experiences of the ecotourist indicated that environmental conation were associated with four recreational experiences.
