遊憩動機、生態教育與滿意度關係之研究—以花蓮市美崙山生態公園為例

摘要

本研究以生態教育、環境價值觀、遊客體驗、管理措施與滿意度之影響關係為研究主題，並以花蓮市美崙山生態公園為實證對象。研究結果顯示：1.遊客對美崙山生態公園較佳的環境價值觀為公園造林維護生態環境及人工林存在價值讓遊憩欣賞給人內心的快樂與滿足，較差之遊客體驗為好漢坡步道目前是鋪設大理石的階梯步道，但雨天時大理石階面容易濕滑，加上坡度陡發生意外的機率相當大。2.從遊憩動機來看，到美崙山生態公園遊憩者以鬆弛身心和運動健身居多，最喜歡以登山步道為最高。3.本研究選擇結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)作為分析驗證生態教育、環境價值觀、遊客體驗、管理措施及滿意度的直接影響之關係模式及線性結構(LISREL)分析，管理措施對遊客體驗其效果最佳也最明顯，表示美崙山公園的管理措施做的好會直接影響遊客的體驗，也會間接影響遊客對美崙山公園整體的滿意度，因此由此研究結果得知美崙山公園的管理措施是必要且是吸引遊憩動機最佳的方法。

In this thesis, I take Meiluen Shan Nature Park as the target case to explore the correlation impact of ecological education, environmental value, visitor experience, visitor satisfaction, and management/administration measures.
The results are as follows:

1.Visitors valued high on the park’s maintenance efforts of ecological environments and appreciated the man-made forest that brought people inner happiness and satisfaction. The poor part of visitor experiences is the ‘Good Guy Hill’ where ladders are made of marble stones. In raining days, the surface of marble ladders would be too slippery, together with its steep slope, might possibly cause accidents.

2.From the aspect of recreational motives, most visitors or tourists choose Meilun Shan Nature Park to relax and exercise. And the most favorable spot is “Mountain-climbing Path.

3.This research used Structural Equation Modeling to analyze and to verify the direct impacts of correlation and Linear Structural Relaions of ecological education, environmental value, tourist(visitor) experiences, satisfactions,　and　management/administration　measures.　Management/administration measures showed strong and best impact to visitor experiences. It means that good management measures will influence visitor experiences in a good way, and indirectly influence visitor satisfaction of the park. As a result, the management measures of Meilun Shan Nature Park is the key and the best way to provoke touring motives.
