競技游泳訓練強度的監控

Monitor of the Intensity of Competitive Swimming Training

摘要


本文由競技游泳訓練強度應用的概念談起包括:構築訓練負載的基本概念:應考量強度、負載、多元化與疲勞程度。記錄訓練量:是回顧選手訓練過程不可缺少的措施。訓練強度:則藉由澳洲體育學院所發展出的模式有系統的說明訓練強度分類。訓練負載:則以計算公式及兩個例子來說明訓練負載的適當性。個別差異:是建議教練必須謹慎的運用「臨界速度」訂定訓練計畫。追蹤游泳選手身體的訓練負載量:則是以「週期性」的概念來描述訓練負載和表現的關係。然後進入本文的主題「訓練負荷的控制」游泳訓練負荷分類則是引用俄羅斯、美國及陳運鵬的分類方法來說明訓練負載強度對心跳率、血乳酸及間歇休息時間之間的變化與掌控。訓練負荷的判斷與控制:是以心跳率及血乳酸做為指標,判斷訓練課程對選手生理的刺激程度。結語則強調精緻化的訓練必須有完整的記錄與評估方式,才能有計畫的補強選手的缺點,創造穩定而優異的競技水準。

This article starts in the intensity of competitive swimming training, and the basic concept of intensity, loading, novelty, and fatigue strength is referred. Volume Recording: is essential when reviewing the process of training. Intensity of training: is systematically c1assified, referred to the model developed by Australian Institute of Sport. The appropriateness of training load: explained in some formulas within two examples. Individual differences: suggest that coaches shall apply ”critical velocity” in the training plan. Trace the training loading of swimming athletes: describe the relationship between training load and performance by means of the ”periodization” concept. After that, we enter into the topical subject ”the control of training load”: explain how training load and the rest time of interval training change and control the heart rate, lactic acid, quoted the classification method of Russian, American and Chen, Yun-Peng. The judgment and control of training load: judge that how the training lesson stimulate the physiology. The result of this study suggest that complete record and evaluation is necessary to refined training, which can correct defects and create an stable, outstanding level.
