競技游泳技術訓練的方法與技術訓練效益的探討

摘要


本研究主要以文獻探討的方式歸納出十幾種競技游泳技術的訓練方法,試著用所歸納出來的訓練內容,來證明競技游泳技術訓練方法是游泳訓練中重要的一環,完整的競技游泳訓練應以技術訓練為本,為本研究最主要之訴求。本研究受試者為大學乙組的男生代表隊二十人,經以持續30分鐘游泳的測驗後,總平均距離為1365公尺,再將二十人分為實驗組與對照組兩組,實驗組採整個訓練過程以四式技術訓練方法為主的訓練方法,對照組採間歇訓練的方式為主,每周五天,每天訓練二次,每次訓練量為3500公尺,每次的訓練時間二小時,經四周後,對照組的總平均距離為1452公尺,實驗組的總平均距離為1630公尺,經t-test考驗分析後,T30的分數在經過相依樣本T考驗之後,發現確實有顯著的差異[t(9)=-8.91, p<.001],顯示本文所歸納出的技術訓練方式,能提升游泳選手30分鐘游的平均速率。

In this research, we mainly conclude more than ten training methods of competitive swimming technology with literature review and intend to prove the training methods of competitive swimming technology are one of the important parts in swimming training by those methods we concluded in this article. The main appeal of this research is to prove that the technology training is the foundation of competitive swimming training. The objects of this research are twenty male college representative athletes of second level. With a 30 minutes swimming test, we get the distance of average is 1365 meters. Then we divided the objects into to experimental and control groups. For experimental group, we mainly adopted the four styles technology training methods. And for control group we adopted intermittent training method, which is five days a week, twice training a day, 3500 meters and two hours in once training. Four weeks later, the total distance of average of control group and experimental is individually 1452 and 1630 meters. After adopting the t-test, we found that the grade of T30 is significantly different after the t-test of dependency sample, which p value is under 0.001. It indicates that the technology training methods which are concluded by this article can improve the athletes' averaged speed for thirty minutes swimming.
