The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in health-related physical fitness of students is from Hsing Wu Technology College after a semester aerobic dance course. A total of 76 fourth-year students taken the aerobic dance course (age 18.16± 0.37years, body height 158.25 ± 12.78 cm, body weight 50.32 ± 6.86 kg) were included in this study, At the beginning of the aerobic dance course, the measurements of health-related physical fitness were as follows=body mass index 19.74 ±2 .44, % body fat 23.23 ± 4.40, flexibility 30.01 ±9.28 cm, sit-up 24.63 ±7.62 times, 800m run & walk 292.61± 29.61 seconds. After a semester course, significant changes occurred (t= 3.64, P < .05) body mass index (from 19.74 ± 2.44 to 19.87 ± 2.44) ,% body fat (from 23.23 ± 4.40 to 23.94± 4.65) ,flexibility (from 30.01± 9.28 cm to 31.97±8.53 cm) , and sit-up in (from 24.63±7.62 times to 27.62 ±8.13 times) increased. However, 800m run & walk decrease (from292.61 ± 29.61seconds to 283.28 ± 25.62seconds).
