Following the development and advancement of technical civilization and under the stressful busy life and working practices, people's feeling to life stress and affection change with the transformation of environment and result in adaptation disorder called ”burnout”.The symptoms of burnout include emotional draining, impersonality and lack of accomplishment sensation. From the aspect of the whole organization, because of the burnout, employees may reduce the quality of services and, as the result, decrease the productivity and working performance. Sometimes, the instances of absence or quitting jobs happen. It causes a tremendous cost liability to individual, organization and society. Therefore, people gradually are concerned and make research on burnout in recent years, and leaders and employees should seriously face the effects it may cause.This report tries to explore the related theories about burnout and provide possible solution to prevent any future burnout symptoms.
