大專院校教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團之現況調查

Survey on the Status Quo of College Faculty's Participation in Campus Leisure Activities

摘要


本研究主要目的在調查全國大專院校教職員工參與休閒運動社團之概況,以自編「大專教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團調查問卷」,普查全國大專院校教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團之現況,共回收80校有效問卷。所得資料經由統計分析,其研究結果如下:(一)大專院校教職員工校內休閒運動社團之主管權貴單位為「體育室」(62.5%);(二)教職員工參與休閒運動社團之類型、參與人數及對外參與比賽皆以「球類性」社團為主(71.34%);(三)大專院校教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團之頻率,以1-2次/週為主(75.6%);(四)大專院校教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團活動時段,以下午時段為主(55.5%)。(五)大專院校教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團之學校總人口比例以「20-39%」為最高;(六)學校單位主管參與休閒運動社團活動之情形,以不主動參與為最高(46.3%);(七)在支持教職員工參與休閒運動之態度,大都採取「支持」態度(48.8%);(八)各校推展校內教職員工參與休閒運動,大都認為「非常重要」(56.3%);(九)各大專院校推展教職員工參與校內休閒運動社團之困難,以「經費短缺」為最高(25.64%)。根據本研究之調查結果,在推展我國大專教職員工校內休閒運動社團之策略,有下列六點建議:(一)「體育室」應與相關單位(如人事室)負起規劃、安排教職員工之休閒運動,辦理各項活動及運動競賽活動之職責;(二)訂定各校組織休閒運動社團章程、補助辦法、組織各種休閒運動社團、加入辦法等;(三)加強休閒運動社團活動宣導、資訊,提高教職員工參與休閒運動社團之人口比例;(四)規劃學校現有之休閒運動場地設施,提供教職員工固定活動時段及重點項目推展;(五)邀請校長及各單位主管參與,帶動教職員工加入休閒運動社團之風氣;(六)辦理校內或組隊參與校際大專教職員工之各項競賽活動,提升大專教職員工參與意願。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of nation-wide college faculty's participation in leisure activities associations. The author made the ”Questionnaire about college faculty's participation in campus leisure activities association”, and used it to investigate the status quo of nation-wide college faculty's participation in campus leisure activities, with 80 effective questionnaires being returned. After statistical analysis, the research results on the information acquired are: (1) There is 62.5% ”PE Office” as the authoritative unit in charge of college faculty campus leisure activities associations; (II) the type of faculty participating in leisure activities association, number of participants, and competitions participated in are all mainly ”ball games” (71.34%); (III) the frequency for college faculty participating in campus leisure activities associations is mostly one to two times per week (75.6%); (IV) the participation time is mostly afternoon (55.5%); (V) the highest for the percentage of college faculty participating in campus leisure activities association is ”20% to 39%”; (VI) for the situation of college directors participating in these associations, not taking initiative to participate in is the highest (46.3%); (VII) the attitude of faculty participating in leisure activities, most adopt “being supportive” (48.8%); (VIII) .while promoting faculty to participate in leisure activities, most regard it as ”very important” (56.3%); (IX) for the difficulty in promoting faculty's participation in this kind of associations, ”short of funds” is the highest (25.64%).According to investigation results of this time, concerning the promotion of college faculty campus leisure activities associations, there are 6 suggestions: ”PE Office” should take the responsibility of planning, arranging faculty's leisure activities, holding all kinds of activities and competition activities with related units (such as personnel office); (II) stipulating constitutions for different colleges to organize leisure activities associations, subsidy methods, organization all kinds of leisure activities associations, participation methods etc.; (III) strengthening leisure movement society activity introduction, information, increasing the population percentage of faculty participating in leisure activities associations; (IV) planning the present leisure activities field facilities of colleges, providing fixed activity time and key items promotion to faculty; (V) invite principal and chiefs of different organization to take part in, promote the trend of leisure activities association; (VI) holding campus competition activities or forming groups to participate in competition among different colleges, to improve faculty's participation willingness.
