大學生休閒教育認知與休閒因應之相關研究

A Correlation Study on The Leisure Education Awareness and Leisure Coping of College Students

摘要


週休二日的實行及經濟上的富足,現代人對休閒活動日益重視,休閒提供各種正常社交的機會,供應青少年身心平衡之調適。本研究目的在探討大學生休閒教育認知程度與休閒因應策略之關係,比較不同性別、學院在休閒因應策略之差異情形。本研究資料蒐集主要工具為「大學生休閒教育認知量表」、「休閒因應策略量表」,並以大葉大學的學生為樣本,以分層隨機抽樣法選取受試樣本,共發出350 份問卷得有效問卷297 份。調查所得結果以t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、逐步迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。主要研究結果為,1. 性別在大學生休閒因應策略上無差異存在;2.各學院大學生在休閒因應策略上有差異存在,管理學院較於設計暨藝術學院有良好的休閒因應策略。3. 大學生休閒教育認知程度之「休閒資源利用」 、「自我休閒覺知」、「休閒自我決定」以及「提昇生活素質」等層面對休閒因應策略具有預測力。基於上述發現,研究者建議教育當局、大學院校可針對學生需求,開設休閒教育相關課程,促使學生懂得妥善運用休閒以因應日常生活問題,並提昇休閒品質。

With two-day weekend and economic wealth, modern people are putting increasing emphasis on leisure activities. Leisure activities provide opportunities for normal social interaction, and offer young people opportunities to adjust physical and mental balance. The purpose of this study is to investigate leisure education awareness and leisure coping strategies of college students, and compare the differences of coping strategy in terms of gender and school. The research tools included the "College students' leisure education awareness scale" and the "Leisure coping strategy scale". The subjects were students of Da-Yeh University, and stratified random sampling was used to distribute 350 questionnaires. A total of 297 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The data were analyzed with t-test, One-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The main findings are: 1) there is no gender difference in coping leisure strategies of college student; 2) there is a difference in college students of different schools on leisure coping strategies; students of management school has better leisure coping strategies than students of design and art school; 3) the "leisure resources use", "leisure self-awareness", "leisure self-determination," and "enhance quality of life" of the students' leisure education awareness level shows predictability towards leisure coping strategies. Based on the above findings, this study suggests that educational authorities, colleges, and universities could offer leisure education related courses aimed at student needs, allowing students to properly use leisure to cope with daily problems and improve the quality of leisure.
