摘要

本研究主要目的在大學生生活型態與休閒參與動機之相關研究。本研究採便利抽樣方式進行抽樣，以自行編制「大學生生活型態、休閒參與動機之相關研究問卷」，於96年10月1日至12月1日止進行調查，共回收有效問卷2,709份。所得資料經描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關分析等統計方法分析結果：一、本研究以男生、女生、大學部、一年級、工學院、不曾參加運動性社團方面、住在校內宿舍、每月休閒活動費用方面以1,000元以下的受試者為主。二、在不同人口統計變項之生活型態上達顯著的，在性別方面有知識取向、健康取向；就讀學制有人際取向、網路取向、健康取向；就讀年級有社交取向、人際取向；就讀系科所屬學院有社交取向、知識取向、網路取向、健康取向；是否曾參與運動性社團有社交取向、知識取向、人際取向、網路取向、健康取向。三、在不同人口統計變項之休閒參與動機上達顯著的，在性別有智力性、社交性、刺激－逃避性、勝任－熟練性；在就讀學制有智力性、社交性、刺激－逃避性、勝任－熟練性；就讀年級有勝任－熟練性；就讀系科所屬學院有勝任－熟練性達顯著差異；是否曾參與運動性社團有智力性、社交性、刺激－逃避性、勝任－熟練性。四、生活型態透過四組典型因素對休閒參與動機總解釋量為15.037%，其中大部分的解釋力來自第一組典型因素，而第三組及第四組典型因素可解釋休閒參與動機之總變異量不到1%，解釋力偏低。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the relation of living style and motivation of leisure participant of undergraduate. It took convenient sampling and the questionnaire of the relation of living style and motivation of leisure participant of undergraduate. It investigated from 2007,10,1 to 2007,12,1 and got 2709 efficient questionnaires. It took the statistic including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical Correlation. The results were as follow: Firstly, the object was male, undergraduate, fresh student, technical college, non-sport club, living in dormitory and leisure expenses under 1000 NT. Secondly, People with different demographics had different living style. It had knowledge and health tendency in sex, interpersonal relation, internet, health tendency in educational system, social and interpersonal relation tendency in grade, social, knowledge, internet, and healthy tendency in college and social, knowledge, interpersonal relation, internet and healthy tendency in club. Thirdly, People with different demographics were differently in leisure participant of motivation. It had intelligence, social, stimulation-avoiding, qualified-practiced in sex, intelligence, social, stimulation- avoiding, qualified-practiced in educational system, qualified-practiced in grade, qualified-practiced in college and intelligence, social, stimulation-avoiding, qualified- practiced in club. Fourthly, the explained power of living style to leisure participant of motivation was 15,037% by canonical factors. Most of the explained power was from first canonical factor and the variance of third and fourth factor for motivation of leisure participant of motivation was less than 1%.
