健身運動正負面情感經驗預備性研究

The Preliminary Research of Positive and Negative Aspect of Emotional Experience in Exercise

摘要


本研究目的在於以一般健身運動參與者為研究對象,探討其運動過程中正面及負面情緒戚受,再將其作一歸類,試圖了解健身運動情緒是感受之內涵。本研究以質性研究方式為主,研究方法採半結構式訪談法。研究對象為27位規律參與健身運動者。訪談的資料經轉換為文字稿之後,以內容分析;去予以分類,並採用質性研究中之「分析者三角測定法」以求得分類上之信度,最後得出之結果為:(一)正面情緒感受方面,共分作快樂成(18.67%)、生理上的感受(17.47%)、壓力紓解感(12.05%)、成就是感受(11.45%)、亢奮感(10.24%)、自我的增進(7.83%)、人際上與社交的(7.23%)、超心靈感受(6.02%)、心情提升的感受(2.41%)、其他感受(1.20%)。(二)負面情緒感受方面,共分作生理上的感受(30.99%)、不快樂的感受(29.58%)、不好的能力感受(14.08%)、人際上的(8.45%)、其他感受(7.04%)、因運動情境引起不好的感受(5.63%)、目標未達成之感受(4.22%)。

The purpose of this research was to discuss the positive and negative emotional feelings based on the exercise. We made some conclusions and tried to understand the nature of emotional feelings in exercise. Based on qualitative research, we used semi-structural-interview method for researching method. The researching objects were 27 regular exercisers. After transforming the interview information material to documents, we classifted these documents by using content-analysis method and used the analyzer-triangulation of the qualitative research to find the credibility as classifying. The finally results were: (1)The positive aspect of emotional feelings could be divided into the happiness (18.67%), the physical feeling (17.47%), the feeling of pressure releasing (12.05%), the achievement feeling (11.45%), the excited feeling (10.24%), the self-further (7.83%), the social relationship (7.23%), the super-spirit feeling (6.02%), the feeling of emotion encouraging (2.41%), other feelings (1.20%). (2)The negative aspect of emotional feelings could be divided into the physical feeling (30.99%), the unhappiness (29.58%), the feeling of worse ability (14.08%), social (8 .45%), other feelings(7.04%), the worse feelings caused by exercise scenario (5.63%), the feeling of non-achievement( 4.22%).
