摘要

本研究運用資料包絡分析法評估2004年第一屆超級籃球聯賽球員績效表現，特別是非營利性組織，此法已被公認為一優異的相對效率評估工具。研究者選定球員為決策單位，設定一個投入項（上場時間）與六個產出項（得分、籃板、助攻、阻攻、抄截、失誤），評估第一屆SBL平均每場上場時間達24分鐘之28位籃球運動員績效表現。經IDEAS電腦軟體計算後，評估結果針對每位球員提出相對效率與具體改進指標，有助球員提升比賽認知、教練臨場調度參考，以創造球隊最大勝利。

In this study a well-known tool for relative efficiency assessment, namely Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) especially for non-profit organizations, was used to measure the performance of the basketball players at season 2004 Super Basketball League (SBL). The proposed approach considered one inputs (time) and six outputs (scores, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals, turnovers) to measure the efficiency of 28 qualified basketball players (DMU) of SBL. The results were analyzed and the performance indexes as well as benchmarks were computed for each basketball player. In addition, plotting the performance of a specific ball player for games could help identify trends and enhance coaching as well as objective successes to create teams' greatest victory.
