2000年與2004年國際籃球規則異同之比較

國際籃球規則原則每四年修訂一次，2004年國際籃球規則於2004年5月份在法國巴黎召開國際籃球總會中央委員會議，通過了技術委員會所提出的有關規則局部修訂的決議。綜合2004年國際籃球規則修訂條文內容與2000年國際籃球規則異同之處做一比較，所得結論如下，藉以提供執法裁判、臨場教練、比賽球員及喜愛籃球的觀眾參考。一、盡可能刪除不必要的描述，以球權輪替取代跳球，符合公平競爭之運動精神。二、能夠解決以往情況發生，無所適從的虛懸問題，現在是法有明文規定。三、連貫比賽氣氛，減少比賽停頓時間，增加比賽的節奏感與可看性。四、在使攻守權益均衡，發揮教練的機智能力，增加暫停、換人機會，使比賽更趨向活潑精彩。五、2000年籃球規則為8章58條，2004年籃球規則為8章50條。

The Basketball Rules are amended every four year and the 2004 International Basketball Rules were passed the partial amendment by the Central Committee of FIBA which had taken place the meeting in Paris, France in 2005. The aim of the paper is synthesized the differences on the contexts of the rules between 2000 and 2005 to provide the consultations for the referees, the coaches, the players and the fans. 1. The Rules are omitted the unnecessary description as possible and the item of taking turns of the ball in the rules is replaced jump ball to conform to the fair competition of the sport spirits. 2. The Rules can be solved the conditions and the suspended problems happened before and now are regulated confirmedly. 3. The Rules can be made the game atmosphere consistent to reduce the pause-time of the games and can be increased the tension and appreciation of the competition in the games. 4. The Rules are made the balance of the advantages between the defense and the offense, are made the coaches execute their witnesses and wisdoms, and are increased the opportunity of time-out and player substitution to let the games brilliant and exciting. 5. There are 8 Rules, 58 Articles in the rules of FIBA in 2000, but 8 Rules, 50 Articles of the one in 2004.
