技擊運動員過氧化傷害之研究:以跆拳道為例

The Per-Oxidation Injuries of Martial Art on Athletes of The Taekwondo

摘要


本研究目的在探討跆拳道選手的運動過氧化傷害。受試對象為17位參加93年全國大專運動會之跆拳道選手(平均年齡18.7±1.8歲、身高175.1±4.9公分、體重80.7±14.0公斤),分別採集比賽前與比賽後之血液樣本進行生化分析。研究結果發現,麩胱甘過氧化酶、肌酸激酶、谷丙轉氨酶、脂質過氧化物比賽前後各變項平均值呈上升走勢,但均無顯著差異;超氧化物岐化酶、乳酸去清酶、MB型肌酸激酶、谷草轉氨酶比賽前後各變項平均值呈下降走勢,其中乳酸去清酶經組間比較達顯著差異。受測選手上述各項血液生化數值之賽前濃度均高於人體正常值,由此推論比賽前之集訓期運動訓練強度已造成選手過氧化傷害。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the inference after taekwondo game on the lipid per-oxidation of exercise injuries. Seventeen volunteers taekwondo player during base line were age = 18.7± 1.8yrs, height = 175.1± 4.9cm, weight = 80.7± 14.0kg. Blood samples were taken before and after championship for biochemistry analysis, respectively. The results from this study show as following. The tendency of the mean on glutathione peroxidase (GPx), creatine kinase (CK), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) variables is increasing, and on superoxide dismutase (SOD), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase polypeptide subunit MB (CK-MB) and glutamic-oxaloacet transaminase (GOT) variables is decreasing. Only the LDH activity decreased significantly (p<.05). In addition, our results show that all of the blood biochemistry variables before championship were higher than those of their normal range. It is suggested that most of the Tae Kwon Do players have got the per-oxidation injuries during exercise training.
