國小職前教師適應體育教學關注之研究:以台東大學為例

The Research of Adapted Physical Education in Teaching Concern for Elementary Preservice Teacher: A Case Study of National Taitung University

摘要


本研究目的為瞭解國小職前教師在試教期間適應體育教學階段和關注面向情形,進而探討不同背景變項(性別、入學方式、試教年級)與教學關注變項(關注階段、關注面向)的關聯性,以作為修改職前教育課程之參考。以選修適應體育課程之體育學系49位職前教師為研究對象。使用內容分析法分析參與研究之職前教師撰寫第一次和第二次試教反省札記內容,以次數分析和卡方考驗分析等統計方法處理之。其研究結果如下:一、職前教師適應體育教學關注階段依序為學習影響關注、自我關注和教學任務關注。教學關注面向依序為:學習、學生、環境、教學、紀律和成人。第一次試教與第二次試教在教學關注階段、教學關注面向均無明顯改變。二、第一次試教時,職前教師在試教年級與教學關注階段、教學關注面向均具中度相關。第二次試教時,不同入學方式的職前教師與教學關注面向具有中度相關。

The purpose of this study was to understand the conditions about adapted physical education (APE) of teaching concern stages and concern dimensions. Then to explore the stages about the different background various (gender, school entrance, and teaching grade) in order to modify the preservice curriculum of references. The subjects were used 49 preserivce teachers for selecting APE. The statistics were used to analyze the first and second teaching reflection by Frequency and Chi-Square analysis. The study was concluded: (1) The order of teaching concern in APE was IMPACT, SELF and TASK. The order of teaching concern dimensions were: learning, student opinion, school environment, teaching, discipline, and adult opinion. There were no significant between first and second time in teaching concern stage and teaching concern dimension. (2) Preservice teachers had the median concerns among teaching grade, teaching concern stage, and teaching concern dimension during first teaching. Preservice teachers had the median concerns between different entrance and teaching concern dimension.
