我國大專體育教師體育目標認同傾向之研究

A Study on Identification Tendency of Physical Education Objectives of Universities' PE Teachers in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討我國大專體育教師對體育目標認同傾向因素及影響傾向因素之重要程度為何。研究對象為我國現職之大專體育教師為主要對象,實得有效樣本686位為主要資料分析樣本。採問卷調查方式實施,依研究目的之需,設定資料分析與處理,所得結果如下:一、大專體育教師在體育目標認同傾向上最重視養生保健目標,次為自我肯定目標。最不重視認知行為目標及社會行為目標。二、在體育目標認同傾向因素上有五個:自我肯定、社會行為、養生保健、運動技能、認知行為。三、大專體育教師認為影響大專學生體育目標達成最大因素為:學校的體育設施不足,次為體育教師的教學能力不佳,再次為體育課的教學方法。

The primary purpose of this study was to explore the identification tendency factors of physical education of universities' PE teachers in Taiwan, and the importance of these identification tendency factors. The instructors; assistant professor; associate professor and professor who teach in Taiwan's universities were surveyed with a questionnaire. We gathered 686 valid samples. Through the data analyses and treatment, the results are concluded as follows: 1. Universities' PE teachers think the most important perception tendency of physical education objective is regime and health care objective. Second important is self-confidence objective. The less important objectives are cognition objective and social practice objective. 2. Universities’ PE teachers think there are five factors in the perception tendency of physical education objectives are: self-confidence, social practice, regime and health care, athletic skills and cognition. 3. Universities' PE teachers think that there are three reasons affect students to achieve PE goals: equipments are not enough, PE teachers are not qualified and the ways of teaching are not attractive.
