已婚職業婦女的家庭壓力、工作壓力與休閒阻礙和休閒滿意度間關係之探討：以中、彰、雲地區為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討中、彰、雲地區之已婚職業婦女的家庭壓力、工作壓力與休閒阻礙和休閒滿意度之關係。本研究採用立意與便利抽樣法，以已婚職業婦女為樣本，共回收有效問卷540份，回收率86％。以以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關分析進行統計分析。研究結果為：一、已婚職業婦女的背景特性中的年齡、結婚年期、婚後為職業婦女年期、居住地區、教育程度、子女狀況不同在家庭壓力上有顯著差異。二、已婚職業婦女的背景特性中的年齡、結婚年期、婚後為職業婦女年期、居住地區、家庭每月收入、子女狀況不同在工作壓力上有顯著差異。三、已婚職業婦女的背景特性中的年齡、結婚年期、教育程度、家庭每月收入、子女狀況不同在休閒阻礙上有顯著差異。四、已婚職業婦女的背景特性中僅在結婚年期與子女狀況不同在休閒滿意度上有顯著差異。五、已婚職業婦女的家庭壓力、工作壓力與休閒阻礙和整體休閒滿意度上有顯著相關。

The purpose of this study was to discuss married, employed women's relationship between the family and job stress of married, employed women and leisure constraints and satisfaction. The research adopted survey method using purposive and stratified random sampling to collect data from married, employed women in Taichung, Changhua and Yunlin. Valid were 540 valid samples were retrieved, and the response rate up to 86%. Descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation were used for the analysis. The mainfindings were as following: 1. Age, marriage terms, the time when married, women become employed, living areas, education degree, and the situation of children's occur different situations when married, employed women face the family stress. 2. Age, marriage terms, the time when married, women become employed, living areas, education degree, and the situation of children's are related to job stress. 3.Age, marriage terms, education degree, monthly salary and descendants are related to leisure constraint. 4. There is an obvious variation lies in marriage terms and descendants in the leisure satisfaction. 5. family stress, job stress, and leisure constraints are linearly related to overall leisure satisfaction.
