我國八人制拔河運動績優生升學輔導現況之研究

本研究採用文件分析法，將教育部自民國91－94學年對全國國中生及高中職生，獲得甄審、甄試資格之拔河運動績優生，錄取分發及各校招收名額現況，做探討與分析，並獲得結論如下：一、升學輔導辦法順暢了拔河運動績優生之升學管道，對教練、家長及學校提供了推展拔河運動的說服力。二、91～94學年度國中生獲甄審、甄試名額共168位，高中職生獲甄審、甄試者達147位，惟名額均呈下降之趨勢。三、91～94學年度接受甄審、甄試運動績優生之學校，高中職校僅佔4.2%；大學校院僅佔8%，明顯阻礙拔河運動績優生的升學輔導管道。四、建議教育部未來僅辦理甄審工作並取消甄試，擴大各校獨招名額，以發展學校特色，提升持續我國拔河運動在國際的競爭實力。

This study was used the documentary analysis to analyses middle school and vocational high schools' students who had qualify to enter schools without pass general entering examinations during year of 2002 to 2005. Moreover, the study was tried to analysis the current status of recruit list in every school. After carefully review the references and documents the results are made as following: A. Entering school without general entering examination was provide the athletics another way for higher education. It is also persuaded the coaches, parents, and school to promote the sport of tug of war. B. The recruit list for the middle school was 168 athletics and for the high school which included vocational school was 147 athletics during year of 2002 to 2005. The recruit list has decreased during the year of 2002 to 2005. C. The school which accepted elite athletics to their school was 4.2% for the vocational high school and 8% for the college. It was prevented for the elite athletics a way to enter higher education. It is a great hope that the Ministry of Education in Taiwan could cancel the entering school test and keep the assessment evaluation for an elite athletics who was in the recruit list in the future. Therefore, the schools could open more positions for the elite athletics at the same time can enhance the image and characteristic of the schools. More importantly could increased the competitions international.
