女排選手的高度和網上攻擊技術表現相關性之分析

摘要

本研究目的在探討女選手的身高和其跳躍高度，以及跳躍高度和其網上攻擊技術成效之關聯性，期能在加強對女選手的訓練中，獲得實際的認知和比賽的實效。由實證結果得到下列的結論：一、選手的身高與其跳躍單、雙手摸高呈現出中度正相關。但選手的身高與其彈跳高度的關係不甚明顯。二、選手的單手摸高與扣球技術成效呈現中度正相關，但選手的雙手摸高與攔網技術成效卻呈低度正相關。

This study was to document female volleyball players' height and running jump reach, as well as to analyze the correlation between one's running jump reach and over-net attack skill effectiveness. The aim of this study is to provide practical evidence so as to benefit future training of female volleyball players. Findings are as follows. 1. There is a medium positive correlation between player's height and running jump reach; however the correlation between player's height and standing jump reach is not obvious. 2. There is a medium positive correlation between player's spike jump reach and spike skill effectiveness; however there is a low positive correlation between their block jump reach and block skill effectiveness.
