身心動作教育與身體意象之探討

A Study of Somatic Movement Education and Body Image

摘要


本文以文獻探討的方式,探討有關身體意象與身心動作教育的研究,發現身心動作教育在改善身體意象上具有成效性,其中身心動作教育與目前研究及文獻中所建議用予改善身體意象上有以下幾個共通性:一、重視身體的活動、二、運用放鬆訓練、三、以增加自我控制力為目的、四、注重個別差異等。而身心動作教育在改善身體意象的成效上,包含改變身體態度與增加身體覺察能力等。由於目前身體意象研究仍偏重在探討影響身體意象的因素,未來研究應可探討改善身體意象的方法,如此可實際運用於生活中或教學上。本文所探討的身心動作教育亦為可進一步探討的方向。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the body image and the somatic movement education by literature review. The major comment of the study was that the somatic movement education (SME) had effect in improving body image. In those articles, it showed there were several key points in SME which could improve body image. They are as followings: 1. SME focuses on human movement. 2. SME can help people to relax themselves. 3. The purpose of SME is to increase the ability of controlling oneself. 4. SME emphasizes the individual differences. Besides, the effect of improving body image by SME included changing the body attitude and increasing body awareness etc. Some other suggestions were presented in the study.
