複合式訓練應用於軍人體能戰技項目成效之研究

The Research of the Complex Training for Military Developing Physical Fitness and Fighting Ability

摘要


本研究旨在驗證複合式訓練方法應用在軍事訓練的可行性。本研究的訓練方法,採十二週、每週一至週五連續五天、週六日休息、每天一小時之週期體能訓練課表,針對入伍滿六個月之役男30名,隨機區分為實驗組(n=15)及控制組(n=15)。研究結果針對十二週體能訓練後上肢肌力及肌耐力部分,其實驗 與控制組的後測成績皆高於前測成績,並達顯著差異。在下肢彈跳測試方面,爆發力及肌耐力之分析比較發現實驗組與控制組的進步率分別為下肢爆發力10.92%及5.59%達顯著差異,而肌耐力進步率分別為10.01%及9.34%,則未達顯著差異。另外,對心肺耐力之影響,顯現於3,000公尺及節奏跑之結果上,平均進步率實驗組皆優於控制組,且達顯著水準。

This study was planned to use of periodized complex training in military training promotion. The training program includes one hour of training per day, five days per week, and a total of twelve week. Thirty subjects were randomly assigned to either the control group (n=15) or the experimental (n=15) group. In this experiment, the upper extremity muscle strength and muscle endurance tests after twelve weeks of physical trainings both experimental and control groups showed significant improvements after the sessions. The lower extremity jumping tests showed 10.92% and 5.59% of significant explosiveness improvement rates in experimental and control group, correspondingly. On the other hand, the muscle endurance improvement rates showed no significant difference between experimental (10.01%) and control (9.43%) group. According to above-mentioned results, Furthermore, the influence of cardiopulmonary endurance is shown in the scores of 3000-meter run and bleep-test, where average improvement rates of experimental groups are significantly higher than control group.
