男女桌球選手正手拉球動作之動學分析

An Analyze of Player's Forehand of Men and Women's Table Tennis Draws Ball Movements to Move and Learn

摘要

桌球正手拉球為比賽中使用率最高的進攻技術，也是比賽規則中得分數最高的動作，近年不僅男選手的球路更加刁鑽，女選手也由於時常與男手一併練習，以致於進步的幅度更是驚人，控球更加準確，擊球的瞬間加速度更是不輸男選手，值得我們來深入研究探討。本研究的目的在分析桌球選手正手拉球動作擊球的過程，受試者為國立體育學院甲組桌球代表隊選手，男、女選手各四名，身高：168.2±3.5cm、體重：60±2.5kg、年齡：20±1.2歲進行施測，利用JVC數位影機拍攝以120hz的速度拍攝正手拉球擊球的過程，利用Silicon coach力學分析軟體來分析男女桌球選手拉球過程，利用電腦分析，獲取男女擊球過程中速度、角度、軌跡等變化參數，以作為爾後教練指導選手訓練時之參考。實驗結果：在男女選手擊球時速度之變化方面，男女選手正手拉球擊球的速度差只有1.2 km/hr。由此得知，女選手正手拉球擊球加速度有近趨男選手的現象。在男女選手擊球時手肘角度之變化方面，瞬間擊球的手肘角度剛好都是96∘，因此兩位選手在正手擊球時手肘角度上並無差異。在男女選手正手拉球動作完成軌跡圖之比較方面，男女選手在正手拉球動作軌跡圖裡發現，女選手從擊球階段→加速度階段→完成階段的軌跡圖來看，所劃的軌跡都比男選手直線，由此研判女選手的正手拉球進球率與穩定性高於男選手。

Table tennis forehand draws the ball for the attack technology of supreme rate of utilization in the match, winning movements of supreme mark in the race rules and regulations too, the not merely man player's course of action is more cunning in recent years, because the woman player often practices with man hands in the lump too, the progressive range is more surprising, control ball accurate, acceleration to fail man player still more twinkling of an eye not batting, worth we further investigate the discussion. The purpose of this research was to analyze the course that player's forehand of table tennis draws ball movements and bats, experimenters were a state-run player of representative team of Physical Culture Institute first group table tennis, the players of ladies and gentlemen are four respectively, height: 168.2±3.5cm, weight: 60±2.5kg, age: 20±1.2 years old, utilize JVC digit shadow machine to shoot and shoot the course that the forehand draws the ball and bats at the speed of 120hz, utilize Silicon coach mechanics to analyze that the software analyses that table tennis players of men and women draw the ball course, utilize the computer to analyze, obtain to men and women and bat in the course speed, angle, orbit etc. change the parameter, in order to the reference while instructing players how to train as the coach thereafter. Experimental result: The change respect of the speed when men and women players bat, the speed that the players of men and women play ball and bat in forehand has 1.2 km/hr only badly. Therefore learn, the phenomenon of the man player that the acceleration is near to become that the woman player plays ball and bats in forehand. Change respect of the elbow angle when men and women players bat, elbow angles batting in the twinkling of an eye are just all 96°, so there is no difference on the elbow angle while batting in forehand of two players. Draw the comparative respect of finishing the orbit picture of ball movements in the players of men and women forehand, men and women players find in the forehand draw the ball movement orbit picture, the woman player, since the stage of batting→Acceleration→Finish orbit picture of stage is it watch to come, rowed orbit than the man player's straight line, therefore the forehand of studying and judging the woman player draws a ball of scoring rate and is higher than the man player with the stability.
