瞄準為空氣手槍射擊技術之基本技術,也是影響射擊成績的重要因素之一。本研究主要目的為研究不同等級女子空氣手槍選手之瞄準軌跡,以提供教練與選手訓練的參考。本研究以RIKA Home trainer收集二名受試者各10次射擊之瞄準軌跡,再用DV數位攝影機(JVC GR-DF470)以60Hz拍攝瞄準軌跡,最後以Kwon3D動作分析軟體以每秒30張讀取並點選軌跡,並將資料座標化。經研究分析結果後得以下結論:一、優秀選手的彈著密度較一般選手集中,顯示優秀選手擁有較好的射擊技術。二、優秀選手的晃動程度小於一般選手,尤其是在擊發前,優秀選手更能控制瞄準的穩定性,一般選手則缺乏此項能力。三、優秀選手在水平方向的晃動小於一般選手,垂直方向則無差異。優秀選手在水平與垂直方向的晃動穩定性差異不大,一般選手之水平方向穩定性則明顯劣於垂直方向,原因可能與選手進入瞄準區之瞬間有關。
Aiming not only is a basic shooting technique of the air pistol, but also is an important element of affecting the shooting result. The purpose of this research was to study the aiming locus of female air pistol athletes from different ranks and to offer references for instructors and athletes. Tow testees' aiming locus from each one's ten times shooting were collected by RIKA Home trainer. Moreover, digital video (JVC GR-DF470) with 60Hz was adopted to shoot the aiming locus. Finally, the software of Kwon3D action analysis was recorded and selected by thirty pieces per second; the data was coordinated. According to the result of the analysis in this research, there were following conclusion. 1.Excellent athletes' hits density was more concentrated than general athletes. It indicated that excellent athletes had better shot skills. 2.Excellent athletes' extent of sway was less than general athletes. Especially, excellent athletes could control the stability of aim more. However, general athletes were lack of this ability. 3.The extent of sway of excellent athletes was less than general athletes in horizontal direction, and there were no difference in vertical direction. There was less difference for excellent athletes' stability of sway between horizontal and vertical direction. Yet, general athletes' stability in horizontal direction was obviously lower than vertical one. The reason might be connected to the moment that athletes entered the aim area.
