不同行政區域與學校規模之國小教師健康與體育學習領域課程與教學滿意度之研究:以台北縣為例

Research on the Satisfaction Rates of Curriculum and Instruction on the Health and Physical Education Learning Areas of Elementary School Teachers in Different Administrative Areas and School Scales: A Case Study of Taipei County

摘要


本研究之目的係探究不同行政區域及學校規模之國小教師在「健康與體育學習領域」課程與教學滿意度之差異情形。本研究以台北縣205所縣立國民小學擔任「健康與體育學習領域」教學之教師為研究對象進行問卷調查,問卷共發出1,395份,回收1,098份,剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷共計1,017份;經由調查問卷所蒐集到之資料,以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析的統計方法進行分析與討論。主要發現如下:一、不同行政區域之國小教師在「健康與體育學習領域」課程與教學滿意度的結果有差異性存在。經進一步事後比較後發現,各不同行政區域之間並無顯著性差異。二、「小型學校」、「中型學校」,「大型學校」之滿意度,差異達顯著水準。經事後比較發現「小型學校」滿意度高於「中型學校」與「大型學校」。

The purpose of the research was to make a thorough inquiry into the differences of the satisfaction rates of curriculum and instruction on Health and Physical Education Learning Areas of the elementary school teachers among different administrative areas and school scales. As research objects, teachers of the Health and Physical Education Learning Areas in 205 elementary schools in Taipei County were studied via questionnaires. 1395 questionnaires were mailed, and 1098 questionnaires were retrieved. After deleting invalid questionnaires, the retrieved valid questionnaires were calculated up to 1017 copies. Ased on the research purpose, data from the collected questionnaires were analyzed and discussed by a statistical method called independent-sample one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA). The key findings of the research are as follows: a. There are differences of satisfaction rates of curriculum and instruction on Health and Physical Education Learning Areas among elementary school teachers in different administrative areas. After a comparison of these data, I find that there are no significant differences among the results of satisfaction rates in various administrative areas. b. The differences of satisfaction rates among elementary school teachers in small-, medium-, and large-scale schools are huge. After a comparison of these data, I find that the satisfaction rates of elementary school teachers in small-scale schools are higher than those in medium-, and large-scale schools.
