影響跆拳道館學員參與的關鍵因素

The Key Factors to Affect the Student Participation of the Taekwondo Dojo

摘要


本研究目的在於探討,影響跆拳道學員激勵的因素與動機,以深入地運用學員聘僱的整合性行銷策略來做進一步的了解。在此以450位跆拳道學員、17位教練、21位助教,總共488位相關人員的問卷調查資料為基礎,統計學上的探索式因素分析、項目分析與信度分析來做資料分析。而問卷形式是透SPSS 15.0統計報表來做解讀與分析。所以得到下列四大重要構面:即精神性(spirituality),體能訓練(physical discipline),運動(sport)與趣味因素(fun)四大構面。其中以體能因素為最重要的動機要素。由多變量共變數分析(MANCOVA),所得出的結論指出這些因素與技術水準(skill level)變量構面或者訓練時間(time in training)變量構面,並無顯著性的相關關係,但與年齡(age)與精神性因素變量構面有中等程度的相關關係。

We can use the integrative marketing strategy to investigate the research of taekwondo dojo participation and the motivation factor. This is based on the questionnaire of 450 students, 17 coaches and 21 teaching assistants (Total N=488) to run the data analysis of exploratory factor analysis, item analysis and reliability analysis. We run the data with SPSS 15.0 to get the following statistical report interpretation: The four important factor dimensions are spirituality, physical discipline, sport and fun dimensions, and the most important factor is the physical factor. We run the data with MANCOVA (multiple analysis of covariance) to get the following conclusions: The above factors has no significant correlation relation with the skill level or time in training dimensions, but has moderate correlation relation with the age and spirituality dimensions.
