不同項目運動選手肥胖指標與葡萄糖吸收能力之探討

An Investigation of Obesity Index and Glucose Uptake Ability in Difference Item Athletics Players

摘要


目的:在於探討排球與游泳選手肥胖指標與葡萄糖吸收能力之影響。方法:本研究以30名優秀大專游泳及排球選手做為對象,經過前一晚禁食,檢測肥胖指標及葡萄糖吸收能力。結果:一、排球與游泳選手腰臀圍比無顯著差異(游泳隊0.79±0.01與排球隊0.81±0.01)。二、排球與游泳選手身體質量指數無顯著差異(游泳隊23.1±0.6與排球隊23.0±0.3)三、排球與游泳選手血液總膽固醇無顯著差異(游泳隊122.2±7.9與排球隊137.1±11.1)。四、游泳選手血糖吸收能力優於排球選手(游泳隊第90分鐘血糖(92.6±0.9)<排球隊第90分鐘血糖(98.2±1.2))。結論:運動控制體重來預防糖尿病,游泳運動效果優於排球運動。

The purpose of this study was to compare with volleyball players and swimmers on obesity index and glucose tolerance. Methods: thirty excellent volleyball players and swimmers were recruited in this study. After one night fasting, obesity index and oral glucose tolerance were performed. Results: 1. there were not significant differences in WHR between of volleyball players and swimmers. (Swimmers were 0.79±0.01 and volleyball players were 0.81±0.01). 2. No significant differences were noted in BMI index between of volleyball players and swimmers. (Swimmers were 23.1±0.01 and volleyball players were 23.0±0.3). 3. Total blood cholesterol was not changed in both groups. 4. The ability of glucose uptake in swimmers was significantly lowered than volleyball players (the 90th blood glucose in both players were 92.6±0.9 and 98.2±1.2). Conclusion: Exercise training could normalize the body weight and prevent the type 2 diabetes, but this effect in aerobic exercise training was better than high intensity intermittent exercise training.
