臺北市養生運動學員自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship of the Self-Directed Learning Readiness and the Learning Satisfaction to Students at the Exercise of Regimen in Taipei

摘要


本研究目的旨在於瞭解臺北市養生運動學員自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度的現況,探討不同背景變項在自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度上的差異情形,以及分析養生運動學員自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度的關係。本研究採用自編「養生運動學員自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度量表」,以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含:一、個人基本資料;二、自我導向學習傾向量表;三、學習滿意度量表。本研究僅針對臺北市參加養生運動學員為研究對象,抽樣方式採叢集取樣,共計發放255份問卷,回收有 效樣本為250份,有效回收率為98.0%。本研究資料處理採平均數與標準差敘述統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關。本研究主要結果呈現出臺北市養生運動學員其自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度得分情況良好;不同背景變項在自我導向學習傾向及學習滿意度上均未達顯著差異;臺北市養生運動學員自我導向學習傾向與學習滿意度各層面的積差相關,皆達顯著正相關。

The purposes of this study were to (a) analyzes the relationship of the self-directed learning readiness and the learning satisfaction to students at the exercise of regimen students in Taipei; (b) compare the difference among selected demographic variables on the relationship of the self-directed learning readiness and the learning satisfaction to students at the exercise of regimen students in Taipei; (c) investigate the relationship between quality of the self-directed learning readiness and the learning satisfaction to students at the exercise of regimen students in Taipei. ”The Self-directed Learning Readiness and the Learning Satisfaction to Students at the exercise of regimen Questionnaire” which was made by myself was used. The questionnaires were utilized for data collection including (a) Demographic Information Sheet; (b) Relationship of the Self-directed Learning Readiness Inventory; (c) Learning Satisfaction Inventory. The sample was 255 badminton athletes, was used by stratified sampling and selected from the exercise of regimen students in Taipei. From the survey returned, 250 were coded accounted of 98.0% in final response rate. Descriptive statistics of average and standard deviation, one sample t-test, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation were computed for data analysis. The results indicated that (a) the status of the relationship of the self-directed learning readiness and the learning satisfaction to students at The Exercise of Regimen students in Taipei is fine; (b) there was no significant difference among difference demographic variables on self-directed learning readiness and learning satisfaction; (c) significant correlation was found between the self-directed learning readiness and the learning satisfaction to students at The Exercise of Regimen students in Taipei.
