學校體育訪視與評鑑之探討

摘要


本文之目的係在探討有關學校體育訪視與評鑑之內涵,進而提出建議改善。首先,對於學校體育訪視與評鑑的內容、實施方式和制度作一歸納;其次,瞭解學校體育訪視與評鑑之意義與目的;最後,對於目前學校體育訪視與評鑑之現存問題提出建議,包括:一、重視表面功夫的官僚作為,重新確立訪視的目的;二、跟進評鑑潮流,學校的觀念改變和自我調適;三、評鑑項目過於繁瑣,應予精簡化;四、只注重訪視過程,應訪視與輔導並重;五、著重獎勵而非懲罰;六、維護教育自主性,發揮學校特色;七、訪視結束即停止,應重視訪視的延續性;八、評語過於籠統,結果應朝具體化和公開化;九、訪視探究問題,力求解決根源化;最後,提出結語。期能藉本文之探究,重新建立體育評鑑目的之觀念和品質,落實學校體育評鑑,維護學校體育教學品質。

The survey seeks to delve into the essence of school physical educational supervision and evaluation, and to propose the possible improvement. First, the content, the execution and the system is summed up. Second, the meaning and the target is revealed to be fully understood. Finally, the suggestion on the current problem is proposed, including (1) to reflect on the superficiality of bureaucracy and to re-verify the purpose of supervision, (2) to follow the current of evaluation, the change of the idea of school and the self-adaptation, (3) to simplify the red-tape evaluation items, (4) to pay attention both on supervision and counseling, (5) to emphasize the encouragement, but not punishment, (6) to protect the independence of education and to elaborate the characteristics, (7) to stress the continuity of supervision, (8) to embody and make public the abstract comments, (9) to resolve the essential problem of the supervision, and (10) finally to propose the conclusion. This survey also expects to reconstruct the idea and quality of the purpose of physical educational supervision and to carry out the real school educational evaluation in order to make efforts to maintain the quality of physical education in schools.
