摘要

本研究目的在探討Carron, Widmeyer, and Brawley（1985）所編製之團隊環境量表（Group Environment Qestionnaire, GEQ）中文化後的適用性。參與者為267位（男169，女98）大專院校甲組運動員，包括有羽球、田徑、舉重、體操、排球、網球及籃球等七個項目，平均年齡20.10±1.50歲，從事專長運動時間為8.44±2.75年，參與目前運動團隊的時間平均為2.15±1.30年。在非比賽情境下填寫中文版GEQ與滿足感量表，資料收集後，以結構方程模式進行分析。經驗證性因素分析之後發現，在建構效度（χ^2（129）= 320.63, p=.00, CFI=0.92, RMSEA=0.063, SRMR=0.057, NNFI 0.91, GFI=0.91, PNFI=.74）、區別效度、聚合效度以及效標關連效度上皆獲得實徵資料的支持。本研究結果顯示團隊環境量表應有良好的建構效度，可供未來研究團隊凝聚力的測量工具。

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the revised Chinese version of the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ; Carron, Widmeyer, and Brawley, 1985). The revised GEQ was administered to 267 intercollegiate athletes (169 males and 98 females, M=20.10, SD=1.5). including coactive and interactive sports along with demographic Questionnaire, and the Satisfaction Scale. The collected data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The findings were as the following: The revised GEQ showed proper construct validity (χ^2 (129)=320.63, p=.00, CFI=0.92, RMSEA=0.063, SRMR=0.057, NNFI 0.91, GFI=0.91, PNFI=.74), convergent, discriminant and criterion-related validities through confirmatory factor analysis in diverse sports and age. Therefore, 18-items with 4-factor Chinese version of GEQ was a reliable and valid measure for cohesion study in sport settings. It was suggested that future study may adopt this revised GEQ to examine its relation with other construct such as sport friendship, motivation, team performance and other social behavior.
