間歇與持續耐力負荷對非運動員乳酸與心跳率之影響

The Effect of Continuous Run and Intermittent Run on Adult Lactate and Heart Rate

摘要

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of continuous run and interval run (CR & IR) at aerobic-anaerobic zone on adult metabolism, heart circulation system and perceived exertion (RPE). Method: Subjects were five male and female healthy adults (age: 37.7±3.2yrs, height: 166.4±8.0 cm and weight: 66.2±11.0 kg). Subjects were accepted 3 test in this study. First was the 2-4mmol/l incremental test to obtain the speed (m/s) at 2mmol/l and 3mmol/l blood lactate concentration. Subjects were accepted continuous run at speed of 3mmol/l for 23 min and interval run used speed at 3mmol/l (5 min) and 2mmol/l (1 min) by turns for 23min in counter balance. RPE and HR were recorded at 5th min, 11th min, 17th min, 23rd min during running test. La and HR were recorded at rest, 11th min during running and 1st min and 3rd, 5th, 7th min after tests. Results: There was no significant difference between tests at La, HR and RPE (p=.604>.05、p=.635>.05、p=.269>.05) during running. After tests, there is no significant difference at La, HR and RPE (p=.149>.05、p=.939>.05、p=.399>.05) between tests. Conclusion: The continuous and interval exercise at aerobic-anaerobic zone gave the same effects on not significantly different on adult metabolism and heart circulation system.
