問題導向教學策略對高中生健康體適能程度之差異

A Pilot Project of the Problem-Based Learning Strategy with Emphasized in Health-Related Physical Fitness Levels on High-School Students'

摘要


台灣學生在體適能表現與其他國家相比並不理想,而如何應用有效教學策略來提升學生學習的廣度與深度,並透過動機與認知來改變健身運動行為,則是體育領域重要的課題。本研究的目的主要以問題導向教學策略與健康體適能做結合,透過體育課教學的傳遞,藉以探討問題導向教學策略對高中生體育課健康體適能程度之差異。研究對象以北部地區某一所國立高中高二生共48人為本研究之受試者,進行10週問題導向教學策略,此教學實驗每週2次每次進行50分鐘,所有受試者在教學實驗前後均施以「健康體適能」之測驗,根據所得資料進行描述性統計、相依樣本t檢定等統計方法分析,統計水準定在α= .05,結果如下:一、在10週問題導向教學策略介入後,男生在健康體適能學習程度中柔軟適能、瞬發力測驗成績顯著提昇,但心肺適能顯著退步。二、在10週問題導向教學策略介入後,女生在健康體適能學習程度中心肺適能顯著退步。本教學策略對於健康體適能程度上,僅在部分適能有所進步因此建議未來研究者,可將實驗介入時間拉長與進行追蹤測驗,更確切瞭解學生在問題導向教學策略中健康體適能的改變情形。

The physical fitness is integrating all part of the physical education. However, when we compare the physical fitness level to other countries founded the physical fitness level on high school students was lower than others. So how to apply an effective teaching strategy to promote and improve their physical fitness is the important issue for physical education. Hence, the purpose of this study was to investigate how the problem based learning strategy affects high-school students' health-related physical fitness levels. The participants were the 11th grader with forty-eight students (n=48) and their teacher. The participants were received the problem-based learning strategy for 10 weeks. The class was met for twice a week for 20 lessons. Each class had 50 minutes. The descriptive and paired samples t-test analysis statistics were used to analysis all the collected data. The level of significance for acceptance or rejection for thisstudy was set at the .05 level. After carefully examined the data, the results of this study were as following: a.) After 10 weeks problem-based learning the male had significantly flexibility and power improved; b.) After 10 weeks problem-based learning the male had cardiovascular endurance worse; c.) After 10 weeks problem-based learning the female had cardiovascular endurance worse.
