本研究主要探討兒童對校園遊戲場的循環式六週活動訓練,每週二次、每次30分鐘不同的活動方式對國小學生左右腳平衡控制能力之比較分析。研究對象為國小一年級某一班學生共23位(男11位、女12位),平均年齡為7.24歲,研究者依據研究目的,以描述統計、比較平均數法、成對樣本t檢定後比較左右腳平衡能力前、後測的差異。顯著水準為α=.05,資料分析結果如下:一、在慣用腳的平衡能力方面後測所得分數顯著高於前測分數。二、在非慣用腳的平衡能力方面後測所得分數顯著高於前測分數。因此,針對兒童遊戲設施有較多活動量使用,動作能力的反覆練習,在協調及控制刺激的熟練,對於平衡靜態能力的控制表現有顯著幫助。
This study investigated children's left and right leg's balance control ability in playground physical activity after six weeks training. There are twenty-three grade 1 students (boy =11; girl=12) join the study. According to study purpose, describable statistics, compare means, and pair's t-test were used to analysis left and right leg's pre test and post test balance ability. Statistical significance was set at α= .05. (1) The post dominant leg balance ability test higher than pre test ability (2) The post subdominant leg balance ability test higher than pre test ability After six weeks playground training, students had significant balance control ability, thus playground installations could improve student balance control ability.
